Established by Ireneusz Grzegorczyk and Kazimierz Karaś in 1992, KiG Sp. z o.o., is a limited liability company which trades in milk products on domestic and foreign markets. The activity of KiG is based on close cooperation with Polish dairies whose products constitute a rich and varied trade offer. The Company’s Management puts a high value on partnership and long-standing cooperation schemes with Polish dairies known for their quality produce, adherence to international standards and competitive prices.

MILK IN A NUTSHELL

Untreated milk, known as raw milk, a direct product of milking, is not marketable until it is subjected to heat treatment known as pasteurisation or sterilisation. Once treated, milk is ready for consumption in a diversity of its forms such as dried milk powder, evaporated milk, condensed milk, fermented milk or as butter and cheese. After fermentation milk can be consumed as sour milk, yoghurt, kefir or buttermilk.
